What is the minimum budget to buy property through Muse Selection?

€350,000. The public register runs from €350,000 to the largest estates on the coast; the curated Selection tier, where the desk leads, begins at €1.5 million.

Do you charge buyers a fee?

No. Our fee is paid by the seller, in line with Spanish real-estate convention; buyers pay only the legal and administrative costs of the purchase — approximately 10–12% on top of the price.

Is the Golden Visa still available?

No. Spain abolished the Golden Visa programme on 3 April 2025; the active routes are the Non-Lucrative Visa, Digital Nomad Visa, Beckham Law and the Entrepreneur Visa.

In which languages do you work?

A new residential development in the heart of the Sierra de las Nieves, at the foot of La Concha, near the Sierra Blanca Country Club resort, set in a landscape of exceptional natural beauty thanks to its centuries-old forests and panoramic views of Marbella Bay and the vast Istán Reservoir.
