Muse was founded in Marbella in 2024 by senior advisors who had spent the previous decade representing principals at Knight Frank and Sotheby's International Realty. We are a small desk; we will not be more than seven. We represent a small number of distinctive residences on the Costa del Sol — by introduction.

A private Costa del Sol advisory — Marbella, by way of London, Geneva, and ten years on the Côte d'Azur.
The desk opened in Marbella in 2008 under a London advisory mandate. From 2014 to 2017 the senior advisors led residential representation for the Costa del Sol at Knight Frank's Mediterranean office and at Sotheby's International Realty.
Muse Selection was founded — quietly — in late 2024, with one mandate, one telephone, and the conviction that the coast was overdue a firm that said no more than yes.

One principal per advisor.
No advisor at Muse holds more than eight active mandates at a time. Most hold five.

No referral fees.
We do not accept commissions from banks, architects, contractors or other agents. Our only fee is on transactions we represent.

Off-market by default.
Where the seller prefers discretion, the residence does not appear on a portal. Even after acquisition, we do not publish the transaction.

Slow first viewings.
Allow ninety minutes; we do not show three residences in one morning.

The relationship continues.
After acquisition, the team remains accessible for two years at no charge — for staff, suppliers, deliveries, and the unforeseen.
