- What we collect
- When you contact us, request a viewing, subscribe to the Journal, or set property alerts, we collect: full name, email, telephone (where provided), country of residence, and the substance of your enquiry. When you use the Ask Muse search we keep what you type, together with your IP address and browser user agent: the conversation is kept for seven days so that you can continue it, and what you type reaches the desk as an enquiry. We do not collect financial information through this site.
- Why we collect it
- We process your data on the basis of legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR) to respond to your enquiry and represent your interests; and, where applicable, on the basis of consent for newsletters or alerts.
- How long we keep it
- Active client data is retained for the duration of the relationship plus six years after final contact (Spanish commercial law retention requirements). Newsletter and alerts data is retained until you unsubscribe.
- Your rights
- You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability and objection by writing to info@musemarbella.es. You may also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos).
- Transfers and processors
- Enquiries reach us through Google Workspace (EU data centres) and are mirrored to a Telegram desk so the team can answer quickly; Telegram Messenger LLP processes that copy outside the EEA under Standard Contractual Clauses. Measurement runs on Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads (Google Ireland Limited), which may transfer data to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. A traffic partner's anti-fraud script (CHEQ ClickTrue, loaded from ob.buzzfighter.com) is loaded on every page and is not gated behind the cookie choice; the same partner's click tracker (RedTrack, trk.mediaroute.org) runs only after you accept. If this list changes, this page changes with it.

- Parts of this site are AI-assisted, and we say so where it happens rather than only here. The "Ask Muse" search is a conversational AI assistant: the text you type into it is processed by the chat service of our own property platform to understand your request and match it against the published register. What is kept of that conversation is set out under "What we collect". Some property descriptions and translations are AI-drafted and human-reviewed. No decision producing legal or similarly significant effects about you is ever made by automated means (Art. 22 GDPR): the assistant suggests residences; people at Muse Selection handle everything that follows. If you would rather not use the assistant, every search and every enquiry on this site works without it.
