- What we collect
- When you contact us, request a viewing, subscribe to the Journal, or set property alerts, we collect: full name, email, telephone (where provided), country of residence, and the substance of your enquiry. We do not collect financial information through this site.
- Why we collect it
- We process your data on the basis of legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR) to respond to your enquiry and represent your interests; and, where applicable, on the basis of consent for newsletters or alerts.
- How long we keep it
- Active client data is retained for the duration of the relationship plus six years after final contact (Spanish commercial law retention requirements). Newsletter and alerts data is retained until you unsubscribe.
- Your rights
- You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability and objection by writing to info@musemarbella.es. You may also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos).
- Transfers and processors
- We use Microsoft 365 (data centres in the EU) for email and document storage, and HubSpot CRM (EU instance). No data is transferred outside the European Economic Area.
