- We process your data on the basis of legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR) to respond to your enquiry and represent your interests; and, where applicable, on the basis of consent for newsletters or alerts.
- How long we keep it
- Active client data is retained for the duration of the relationship plus six years after final contact (Spanish commercial law retention requirements). Newsletter and alerts data is retained until you unsubscribe.
- Your rights
- You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability and objection by writing to info@musemarbella.es. You may also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos).
- Transfers and processors
- Enquiries reach us through Google Workspace (EU data centres) and are mirrored to a Telegram desk so the team can answer quickly; Telegram Messenger LLP processes that copy outside the EEA under Standard Contractual Clauses. Measurement runs on Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads (Google Ireland Limited), which may transfer data to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We name every processor we actually use; if that list changes, this page changes with it.

- Parts of this site are AI-assisted, and we say so where it happens rather than only here. The "Ask Muse" search is a conversational AI assistant: the text you type into it is processed by Anthropic (Claude) to understand your request and match it against our property register. Under Anthropic’s commercial terms those conversations are not used to train their models. Some property descriptions and translations are AI-drafted and human-reviewed. No decision producing legal or similarly significant effects about you is ever made by automated means (Art. 22 GDPR): the assistant suggests residences; people at Muse Selection handle everything that follows. If you would rather not use the assistant, every search and every enquiry on this site works without it.
