Marbella Property Index — free embed
Drop two lines of HTML into any article or sidebar to show your readers live €/m² data across La Zagaleta, Golden Mile, Sierra Blanca and five other zones. The widget pulls the Index straight from our deduped Costa del Sol register, which runs from €350,000 to the finest estates, and refreshes every hour — no API key, no sign-up, no cost. It carries its own floor, sample sizes and snapshot date, so a figure lifted from it stays quotable.

What the data shows
- Up to 8 prime Marbella zones ranked by median asking price
- Median €/m² for each zone (priced listings only, outliers removed)
- Live listing count — updates every hour from our feeds
- Floor: €350,000+ residences (villas, apartments, penthouses, estates) — the catalogue's own floor since 31 July 2026, adopted by the Index on 13 August 2026
- Sources: Inmobalia, Resales Online, Zoddak — deduplicated by reference
These are asking prices, not completed-transaction prices. No per-property closing data is publicly available in Spain.
Attribution & licence
The widget includes a mandatory attribution link to the Muse Selection Marbella Property Index. Data is published under CC BY 4.0 — free to republish with attribution. The attribution link in the widget footer satisfies this requirement automatically.
Raw data endpoints
Prefer to build your own integration? Two machine-readable endpoints are available without authentication:

Both endpoints refresh every hour and include cache headers. Please cache responses on your side to avoid hammering our feeds.
