Muse Selection is a young firm — founded in Marbella in 2024 — and this page will not dress that up with a coverage wall. What we offer journalists instead is data nobody else on this coast publishes: the live asking-price register, free to reuse, with the method stated.
The Marbella Property Index publishes median asking prices by zone with the sample size and snapshot date against every row, licensed CC BY 4.0 — as a CSV for a one-off chart, or as an embeddable widget that keeps itself current after the piece is filed. Asking prices of listed residences, never completed sales: Spain publishes no per-property closing data, so any Marbella sold-price series you are offered — by anyone — is an estimate.
