Free to use in editorial coverage of the MUSE Select app and the company, credited «Muse Select». The property photos inside the screenshots belong to the agencies that list those homes: use them only as part of the screenshot, not cropped out on their own. A photo of the founder is available on request.

The Marbella Property Index publishes median asking prices by zone with the sample size and snapshot date against every row, licensed CC BY 4.0 — as a CSV for a one-off chart, or as an embeddable widget that keeps itself current after the piece is filed. The weekly market barometer counts what came onto the market each week. Asking prices of listed residences, never completed sales: Spain publishes no per-property closing data, so any Marbella sold-price series you are offered — by anyone — is an estimate.
