Three hundred and thirteen hectares of Andalusian sierra, olive groves and sky
01 / 12

This is a rural estate of three hundred and thirteen hectares in the municipality of Ardales, between the Sierra de las Nieves and government-protected pine forest. The land runs to cereal cultivation across one hundred and ninety hectares, eighty hectares of olive grove, and the remainder given to pasture, scrub and mature trees. More than twenty-five hundred square metres of existing buildings stand on the plot. The zoning permits transformation: ten to fifteen independent villas, a hotel, or an equestrian centre are all possible here. The estate operates as an authorised hunting ground. Wild goats from the national park are sometimes visible from the fields. Málaga lies close enough. If you would like an introduction, we can arrange it.
