Fifty square metres of terrace face the sea and mountains. Double glazing uses argon chambers and Guardian Sun glass. A Lutron smart home system controls lighting and climate, Kreon fixtures run throughout, and a Wallbox station charges electric vehicles. The basement holds professional audio-visual equipment.
