This villa was completed in 2024 and sits within Marbesa, a quiet urbanisation a short walk from the beach. The architecture arranges itself around a private infinity pool, the living spaces opening fully to a six-hundred-and-sixty-nine-square-metre plot and garden. There are five en-suite bedrooms across four hundred and eight square metres. The rooftop solarium offers a hundred-and-eighty-degree view of the coastline. Terraces step down to the pool; the basement holds a games room. Two cars park privately. Marbesa lies east of Marbella town, near Elviria's weekly market and a handful of beach clubs that need no introduction. The villa was built to current standards, finished plainly and well.
