Roughly 300 residences sit behind its perimeter at around 300 metres above sea level, under twenty-four-hour security — six minutes by car from the centre of Marbella, four from the Marbella Club below. The perimeter has not moved since the master plan.

Not the same place. A private urbanisation of roughly twenty-five hectares on the road climbing from Marbella toward Istán, some seven kilometres out, holding villas, townhouses, apartments and a number of unbuilt plots. The register files it to Istán and so does this page; a buyer searching for the gated community above the Golden Mile is searching for somewhere else.
