Do you charge buyers a fee?

No. Our fee is paid by the seller, in line with Spanish real-estate convention; buyers pay only the legal and administrative costs of the purchase — approximately 10–12% on top of the price.

Is the Golden Visa still available?

No. Spain abolished the Golden Visa programme on 3 April 2025; the active routes are the Non-Lucrative Visa, Digital Nomad Visa, Beckham Law and the Entrepreneur Visa.
