This villa sits eight minutes inland from the beach, between Estepona and the western reaches of Marbella. The house was built in 2025 and runs to four hundred and twenty square metres across three floors, set on a plot of five hundred and sixty. Entry is at the upper level, through a timber walkway that leads to the master bedroom, where the house begins to reveal its structure. The design inverts the usual order: living spaces occupy the middle floor beneath a double-height void, and the pool extends beyond the terrace as an infinity edge, cantilevered so it reads as suspended. Three bedrooms, two baths, a garden, private pool. Valle Romano Golf lies nearby. The house is connected by lift and stair. Enquiries are accepted by introduction.

The ground floor opens entirely to the south through a forty-metre run of pocket-door glass. The two sleeping wings are separated by a thirty-metre reflecting pool and connected by a covered colonnade.
