Muse Selection runs an AI search on its own site that answers from the published register and cites each residence by its reference. It is called Ask Muse.
Ask Muse is the AI search on museselection.es: you describe a residence in your own words, and it answers from the published register with the matching residences, each with its reference. The brief can be narrowed turn by turn.
Free, no registration. The conversation is kept for seven days so that you can continue it, and what you type reaches the desk as an enquiry. Ask Muse answers in the language of the page you are on and usually replies within half a minute. It does not give tax or legal advice.
Each answer names the residences it is about, best fit first, resales and new developments together and labelled as such. A residence is shown with its register reference, its location, its asking price, its bedrooms and built area and, where the brief gives something to measure against, how closely it fits. Each one opens on its own page, so what the search says can be checked against the listing.
Say what is wrong with the answer — closer to the beach, one bedroom more, a lower budget — and the next answer starts from the same brief rather than from nothing.
The search reads your sentence into criteria — place, type, budget, bedrooms, features — retrieves the residences on the published register that meet them, and ranks them by how much of the brief each one meets. That step has no language model in it: the residences in an answer are rows of the register, each with its reference, and a residence that is not on the register cannot appear in one.
The sentence around the residences is written by the conversation service of the Muse platform, which the search on this site shares with the desk’s own tools. When that service is unavailable the residences are still returned, with a plain sentence about them.
The published register starts at €350,000. The curated Selection tier starts at €1.5 million. 7,322 residences published from €350,000 (deduplicated).
The register is compiled from shared listing feeds and deduplicated so that each residence appears once. The register is refreshed hourly. Residences marked Muse exclusive are the firm's own mandates; the others come from the shared listing feeds.
Spain publishes no per-property closing prices. Published figures are asking prices, each with its sample size and date. The same register is measured, zone by zone, on the Marbella Property Index.
