Villa Amara is a new-build by GC Studios set on an elevated plot of 3,631 square metres overlooking the coast. The house runs to 958 square metres across eight bedrooms and nine bathrooms, with 370 square metres of terrace. The architecture borrows from Provençal tradition: gabled tile roofs, natural stone, tall casements that frame the garden and sea. Inside, the living and dining rooms open onto a kitchen built around a central island. The principal bedroom has its own terrace. Below ground there is a gym, a cinema, and a spa with sauna and indoor pool. The garden is formal, the outdoor pool long and still.
