Gonzalez Jacobsen villa in El Paraíso, twin design above the coast
01 / 10

Villa 320 sits in El Paraíso, the quieter pocket of Benahavís hill country where the sea is visible but the coast keeps its distance. Gonzalez Jacobsen drew the lines, Bonifacio Solís built it — a partnership that has shaped much of what stands well here. Seven bedrooms, ten baths, 1,402 square metres of interior spread across a 2,000-square-metre plot. The layout favours open volume: picture windows frame the view, terraces extend 534 square metres, and two pools anchor the outdoor rooms. Inside, an indoor spa, garage for several cars, surfaces and systems finished to current standard. The villa is one of two; they share a template but not a wall. Completion is expected in the second quarter of 2026. Enquiries are accepted by introduction.

O-facing, 2,000 m² parcel · Benahavís, Benahavis.
The ground floor opens entirely to the south through a forty-metre run of pocket-door glass. The two sleeping wings are separated by a thirty-metre reflecting pool and connected by a covered colonnade.
