6-bedroom villa in Nueva Andalucía

A long, low line of glass.

Villa Cielo Mar sits in Nueva Andalucía, minutes from Puerto Banús and the golf courses. Six bedrooms, eight bathrooms across 965 square metres. The house faces south and east, which means the sea views arrive early and stay late. Mountain views too, the shape of La Concha visible from the main rooms. The garden wraps around a private pool with terraces for 177 square metres of outdoor living. Inside, the kitchen is open to the living spaces, and the light comes through floor-to-ceiling glass. There is a wine cellar, a cinema room, a gym, and a games room for those who value how a house functions. The garage holds six cars. The finishes are restrained, the materials chosen with care. This is the kind of property that rewards time spent understanding it. Enquire by introduction.
