This three-bedroom apartment occupies one of the better positions within a new hillside project above Benahavís, where views stretch across the Istán reservoir to La Concha and the coast beyond. Built over 487 square metres and delivered in 2027, the residence includes four bathrooms and a private pool—something not often found in apartment living here. The ground-floor villa apartments span two levels, with lower rooms that lend themselves to whatever use makes sense: office, cinema, wellness. The ground floor opens entirely to the south through a forty-metre run of pocket-door glass. The two sleeping wings are separated by a thirty-metre reflecting pool and connected by a covered colonnade.
