Three things, non-negotiable.

Buyer-first

We represent the buyer. No dual-side conflicts, no developer kickbacks, no listing churn. The mandate is the only client.

Discretion + integrity

Names stay off paper. References get checked. We work with people who can be trusted with €10M conversations.

Bilingual fluency

English plus two more, minimum. Spanish is non-negotiable. Russian, German, Arabic, or Swedish move you to the top of the pile.

Hiring process

Four steps. Two to three weeks.

  2. 2Working session on a real brief — we pay for your time
  3. 3References — two recent, two going back further
  4. 4Offer — written, no negotiation theatre
