Villa Forest Bay sits in the gated enclave of La Reserva del Alcuzcuz, a quiet corridor between La Zagaleta and El Madroñal. Completion is scheduled for early 2026. The villa spans three levels across 1,399 m² of built area, with six bedrooms, six en-suite bathrooms, and two additional toilets. The plot extends to 3,082 m², and the terraces cover 400 m². Designed by Tobal Architects in collaboration with Prestige-Expo, the architecture draws from the same vocabulary as Villa Cullinan. Large panoramic windows frame views toward the Mediterranean, the hills, and on clear days the African coast. The orientation is southwest; light fills the double-height living area from morning through to sunset. The garden and pool occupy the lower terrace.
