The tenant pays no agency fee. The rule is for the lease of a home as the tenant’s residence (arrendamiento de vivienda).
How do I ask about one of these homes?
Each home opens a WhatsApp message with its Muse reference (M followed by a number). Stephen, MUSE’s AI assistant, answers on WhatsApp and takes the request from there. The same rentals are in the MUSE Select app.
